Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. 

You will receive a tracking email once your order is on the way!

Order Changes: 

You have 24 hours to make changes to your order after it is placed including address changes, and order corrections through our contact page. 

Once your order is shipped, changes are unable to be made. 

Returns/Exchanges

Exchanges can be initiated by contacting customer support on the contact page here.

All exchanges will be processed within 1-5 days after being received, and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order in unworn original condition. 

Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

*If you receive an incorrect item, or an item is faulty or defective, please contact us via the contact page with a photo and we will ensure you're taken care of :)

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund upon request within 24 hours after time of purchase. Once your order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
